Shipping & Returns Policy
At Top Tier Dog Gear, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and at a fair price — and we also want you to feel confident in every purchase. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options and return process.
Shipping Information
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), and every parcel is sent using a tracked delivery service.
UK Shipping Options
We currently offer two flat-rate shipping options based on delivery speed:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days): £3.99
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day Aim): £4.49
Free Shipping is automatically applied on all UK orders over £50.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 1PM are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1PM, over the weekend, or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking & Delivery Notes
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
- Please ensure your address is accurate — we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, a reshipping fee may apply.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us First – Please contact us here with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Condition – Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Returns of opened/used products will not be accepted due to hygiene standards.
- Shipping the Return – Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Refunds – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns Address Notice
Please note: Our returns address is not listed publicly to prevent unapproved returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us here within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable items such as dog treats (unless faulty or incorrect)
- Custom or personalised products (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Unsolicited returns or returns sent without approval.
