A: Absolutely — we only stock toys from trusted suppliers. However, always supervise your puppy during play and check product pages for specific age guidelines.

A: Yes. All orders are packed securely using strong jiffy bags, boxes, or padded packaging depending on the item size.

Q: How do I place an order?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment is processed securely through Shopify.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Delivery time depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 business days
Orders placed before 1PM are usually dispatched same-day (Mon–Fri).
Q: Can I track my parcel?
A: Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Free tracked UK shipping on orders over £50 is automatically applied at checkout.
